• You request a translation quote through our website.
• We will send you a project price based on the number of words per page of your document, the complexity of the document, and your deadline.
• Once you accept the project price and agree on the payment method, our project coordinator will assign your project to the translator with the most experience in the language and document subject.
• The translator sends the translation to the proofreading department, where it undergoes strict quality control.
• Upon completion of the quality control, the final product is approved and shipped to you.

Certified translations include a statement from the company attesting to the accuracy of the translation, along with the date, the translator’s credentials, and contact information. If a client requires a notarized translation, a notary public will legally certify or notarize the identity of the person signing the certifying statement.

Our prices are based on the number of words in the document, its complexity and the deadline you request.

• The turnaround time for a standard 5-page certified translation is approximately 3 business days.
• If the client needs the translation within 24 hours, there will be an extra charge of $10.00 per page.

• Our clients can make changes to the content of the project within 24 hours after the order is accepted and paid. Please read our terms and conditions.
• Cancellation is only possible before we send the project to the translator.

Our translators are expert linguists who are native speakers of the language into which they translate.

We require all of our professionals to have the following qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree (4 years minimum).
• Five years of experience in translation projects (minimum).
• Appropriate and verified knowledge in their field.
• Must be proficient in the use of computer software and translation tools.
• Experience in the field or industry in which translation is required.
• Knowledge and use of translation software such as Trados, MemoQ or Wordfast.
• Experience of quality assurance processes and procedures.
• A record of verifiable references, qualifications and certifications.
